Chris McLeod is a marketing leader with over 25 years in the private and public sectors.

He started his marketing career in advertising at Omnicom Group Inc., where he worked for multiple agencies managing accounts and leading cross-functional teams across global advertising, marketing analytics, brand strategy, and digital marketing. After Omnicom, Chris worked in government marketing and communications where he provided strategic thought leadership to senior agency leaders within the SBA, DoD, FAA, and the USDA.

As a person who stutters he proudly gives talks to audiences, sharing his story of overcoming life’s challenges to be successful both personally and professionally, and has appeared on multiple news segments including Fox5 DC and News12 - Long Island speaking as an advocate for the stuttering community. He brings these experiences to his coaching, delivering strategies for turning obstacles into opportunities to become an effective leader and live life at a new level.
